Terms and conditions

General guidelines, terms and conditions for use of the field

When arriving at the park entrance you must ensure that your vehicle is not obstructing West Hyde Lane and pull in safely off the road whilst using the PIN access pad to open the electric entry gates. Similarly take great care when leaving the park and entering West Hyde Lane.

The Pin Code for the electric gate is shown on your Booking confirmation email.

After entry through the electric gates please park only in the designated area on the right, approximately 50 meters along the access track.

The field is fenced with deer fencing to a height of 2 metres and every effort has been made to ensure it is as “dog safe” as possible. Please bear in mind that we have a variety of wild life that visit us here including game birds, rabbits and wild deer so before letting your dog off the lead in the field, it might be worth just scanning the field for other furry visitors.

There is running water and a dog water bowl located close to the far left end of the park as you enter.

Please do not bring your dogs if they have shown signs of sickness (especially diarrhoea or vomiting) in the last 48 hours.

Please keep a close eye on your dogs and pick up all poo. This is your responsibility and helps keep the field clean for everyone to continue to enjoy.

Do not allow your dogs to dig in the field (apart from in any purpose built dig boxes).

Please take all rubbish/poo bags home with you, or use the bin provided. Please do not drop cigarette butts anywhere in the facility.

Do not enter the field until the prior user has left, and keep your dog in your vehicle until the prior user has departed.

Close the pedestrian gate behind you when you leave.

You should leave the field and have returned your dog(s) into your vehicle before the next appointment start time, at the absolute latest.

If you arrived late to your booking, you must still leave when your booking slot is finished. If you overstay your booking more than 3 times then this will immediately forfeit any future use of the field.

To ensure the smooth running and therefore enjoyment of ALL users, anyone using the field without a prior booking or seen to be flouting the rules will immediately forfeit any future use.

The use of the field is entirely at your own risk and we do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury incurred whilst using the facility.

Booking of the field acts as confirmation and agreement of the above.

We hope you and your dog enjoy the field!
